My stay at Golden Flower By Kagum Hotels was a mix of highs and lows. The location was great, very central and close to shopping spots like Braga City Walk, which I appreciated. However, I encountered several issues with room cleanliness and maintenance that left me disappointed. Breakfast had good vegetarian options, but the replenishment was slow. I think they could do better in that area.

The staff were friendly and offered helpful service, but it couldn't quite make up for the shortcomings I faced during my stay.
